We always strive to go above and beyond for our patients and are generally happy to accommodate changes in circumstances and schedules. That being said, we are a busy practice and want to ensure that we are fair to each and every patient.

Payment

A deposit of £40 is required to book appointments. This amount will be deducted from the treatment in the appointment. Card details are stored by Adyen (a global payments processor) – these details are not visible to our staff. By continuing with your booking, you agree to pay the appointment charge stated (or more if you receive different/extra services) once they have been received. You also confirm that you are using a card registered in your own name.

Cancelations, Rebookings & No Shows

If you miss your appointment, rebook or cancel within 48 hrs, you agree to us charging your card the full deposit.
